The Museo del Novecento hosts until the 8 of September the exhibition “Andy Warhol’s Stardust. Fine prints from Bank of America Merryll Lynch collection.” Warhol was able to create a sort of “phosphorescent portraits” gifting the pop culture of archetypal regarding objects, such as the ready made soup Campbell, and people: unforgettable his version of Marylin Monroe. Glittering versions that made the common objects precious, on the other hand the diamond dust mentioned in the exhibition’s name indicates both the instrument of the artist used in order to give brightness to his pieces, and the effect creating a new perspective in the spectators’ eyes. The Hotel Sanpi Milano and the Hotel Mediolanum, which are part of the international hotel chain Worldhotels, will be glad to have you as our guests: the 4 stars hotels are located in the city centre of Milano.

The expositive space has been put in a way to convey the idea of an art that can be eaten: the visitors roam in the middle of shelves that seemed to have come out from a supermarket. Amon them you can see short texts working as pop-up worthy of the pop-art. Everything is harmonically organized just like a comic and underlined by the association, thanks to the use of the same technique and colours by Andy Warhol, of characters like Freud and Mickey Mouse.

For this incredible exhibition that you can’t miss the Hotel Sanpi Milano and Hotel Mediolanum Milano have some incredible Special Offers: the fluo icons are waiting for you, don’t make them wait!
