Milan Art Music, the ancient music international festival, this year proposes again its winning formula: an agenda full of appointments
for two months with events taking place in suggestive area of the main city of Lombardy. The manifestation starts on the 10 of July with the Venice Baroque Orchestra which plays the “Four suites for orchestra” of J.S. Bach. The Hotel Sanpi Milano and the Hotel Mediolanum, which are part of the international hotel chain Worldhotels, will be glad to have you as our guests: the 4 stars hotels are located in the city centre and they propose some special offers during this event.

The quality of the exhibiting artists is high with leading figures who will start playing chamber music concerts (Concerto Italiano, Ensemble
L’Estravagante, Musica Antiqua Roma, Ensemble Estro Cromatico); vocal and orchestral music (Orchestra Barocca di Venezia, Accademia Bizantina e Carolyn Sampson, Coro del Patriarcato Ortodosso di Mosca, The Hilliard Ensemble, Les Cornets Noirs); solo concerts (Stefano Montanar, Jos van Immersee, Hopkinson Smith, Jörg-Andreas Bötticher).

The music proposed ranges from the classic symphonies of masters like Bach, Vivaldi e Händel to baroque compositions surely less known, but which offers a great fascination. The festival will end on the 29 of August and the tickets are buyable on the spot, at the parochial secretary office in S. Maria della Passione or on the online circuit Vivaticket.
